This privacy policy sets out how TLC – The Training and Learning Company uses and protects any information that you give when you use this website.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

When you provide us with personal information to book a course and complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, request for an invoice to be sent, or arrange for a refund, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

When you complete a booking with TLC and agree to our Terms & Conditions, we will contact you using the personal information provided to inform you of relevant information relating to your purchase, i.e. booking confirmation, joining instructions, further information and changes relating to the course you have purchased.

Please Note: If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will ask you directly for your expressed consent.

If you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletter and marketing mailing list, you can also select the ‘unsubscribe’ option which will be displayed at the bottom of all of our Mail chimp emails.
